Transparency Report

Pursuant to § 55 c of the Wirtschaftsprüferordnung (WPO – Public Accountants Act), auditors and audit companies are obliged to publish a transparency report on their website each year, at the latest three months after the end of the respective calendar year, in so far as they have executed at least one audit of a company of public interest (§ 319a par. 1 line 1 HGB (German Commercial Code)). This involves companies which utilize an organized market in terms of § 2 par. 5 of the Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG – Securities Trading Act) with shares or debt securities (capital-market oriented).

This also relates to FALK & Co: we execute audit engagements at companies of public interest in terms of § 319a par. 1 HGB. In addition, FALK & Co also works as auditor at companies which are an essential part of a capital market-oriented company, and at companies whose shares are listed on the open market. In addition, our specialists provide other services for capital market-oriented companies, for example in the field of international accounting principles (IFRS), business valuation, internal audit, IT audit and IT consultancy as well as tax consultancy.

That is why this Transparency Report is intended to provide information on our company structure and range of services, on our quality assurance system as well as on relevant remuneration structures and financial information on FALK & Co.
