FALK provides optimal conditions for those wanting to become professional tax advisors and/or auditors. We offer the following to our young professionals:
- gradual planned increase of responsibility in the team for more challenging, interesting cases in diverse sectors
- the opportunity to deal with a broad array of activities in the areas of auditing and taxes and thus to gain dual training in both areas
- support with their professional examinations
As preparation for the tax advisor and auditor examinations, we offer various training courses. The employees can decide themselves whether to participate in these courses and they also determine themselves how best to prepare for the examinations. We support the candidates by granting at least six weeks paid vacation – for the purposes of preparation – in addition to the regular annual leave.

After my high school examinations, I began my career with a bank apprenticeship. After this, to gain a broader insight into business processes, I decided to take a degree in business administration. I quickly became interested in the subjects of tax and auditing.

My name is Tobias Steigenberger. I have been working in the tax law department at FALK in Heidelberg since October 2013. Following my university studies, I began my career at one of the “big four” in a very specialized field of activity. This was one of the reasons why I wanted to experience a wider range of activities. FALK was the right company for me if I wanted diversity and it still is.
